Although married celebrity couple Karylle and Yael Yuzon are both successful in their respective careers, the husband and wife still practice careful budgeting of their money.
KAMI learned that Yael informs Karylle of everything he wants to purchase so that they could make the decision together.
According to PEP.ph, they also make sure that they are able to save money from their earnings.
“I’m a very generous person and so is Kay. Hindi kami nagbibilangan in that way.
"How we budget it is we have a pool of money, we buy stuff then we save stuff.
“When I buy something kunyare when I make some money, if I'm gonna buy something, dinadaan ko sa kanya.
"Not because she asks me to, but because I want to. Kasi we’re like a team, e.
"Parang pag may bibilhin ako na item, idadaan ko muna. Even parang rubber shoes,” Yael revealed.
He added that the space in their house is also considered when purchasing items.
“First of all if, I buy rubber shoes it takes up space so parang kelangan i-check ko muna yong space sa bahay.
"Kasi we’re simple living naman in terms of space. Ang shoes ang pinakangmalakas sa space. Like 10 pairs pa lang, andami na no'n, e,” he explained.
Yael also said that he is the one who cooks while his wife is in charge of cleaning the house.
Karylle is a singer and a host on “It’s Showtime.”
On the other hand, Yael is the frontman of the band Spongecola.
They tied the knot on March 21, 2014.
