- Angel Locsin got carried away with her emotions over a performance in Pilipinas Got Talent
- The actress expressed her objection for a group of girls who did an inappropriate dance while doing the carwash
- According to Angel, she pushed the buzzer immediately as she did not want the girls to be humiliated on a National TV
‘Pilipinas Got Talent’ (PGT) on Saturday night was not a typical talent show as judge Angel Locsin was teary eyed after a girl group's performance.
The four ladies who called themselves 'The PlayGirls' were wearing skimpy outfits dance while cleaning a car.
Just a few seconds after they started to show their act, Angel Locsin who seemed to look uncomfortable hit the buzzer signifying she is not for the act.
Robin asked them if what they did is in accordance of their own will.
“Ginagawa nyo ba yan dahil gusto nyo?
Angel who seemed to not get where Robin is going to with his question said, “Wala namang nagiisip na napipilitan”
Angel butted in.
Robin then explained why Angel Locsin who is known for giving nice and inspirational comments got so affected because Angel’s advocacy is to fight for women’s right.
"’Yung sinasabi nila, magandang point ’yun, si Angel lalo. Intindihin niyo si Angel kasi advocacy niya ’yan, women’s rights. Kaya niya sinasabi yan para proteksiyonan kayo. Sana maintindihan niyo yan. Walang against sa inyo. Lahat ng sinabi dito pabor sa inyo," he said.
Robin then apologized to Angel and said, "Pasensya ka na ’tol, hindi kita kinontra, ’tol. Hindi kita kinontra sa sinabi mo. Wala naman kumontra eh. Naniniwala kami ’tol sa sinabi mo," he said.
Angel and Vice voted no for their act while Robin and Sir FMG voted Yes for the group.
