Empoy Marquez's big break came after the huge success of his movie with Alessandra de Rossi.
Kita Kita was a blockbuster hit and catapulted the actor into fame.
More movie offers and endorsements came to him and had quite a busy schedule to manage these days.
Because of this he had to stay in his Quezon City condo unit most of the time.
He also has a two-storey property in Bulacan which mirrors the actor's personality, modest and easygoing.
According to an article by Real Living, Empoy acquired the property in 2009 but he dreams of building a dream home in the future.
