Angelu de Leon reveals her daughters know their fathers are different from each other

Angelu de Leon has three daughters, with each of them sired by a different father.

The actress revealed that she has always been honest to her daughters about their dads.

KAMI saw on Smart Parenting that for Angelu, telling her daughters the truth about their identities was her way to protect them.

Her three kids are Nicole, 19, Louise, 16, and a son, Rafa, 6.

Nicole's father is actor Joko Diaz, while Louise's father is businessman Jojo Manlongat.

Rafa is the son of her present husband, Lorenzo "Wowie" Rivera.

According to the 38-year-old actress, she never attempted to hide the truth from her kids, even if it was very ugly.

"Alam mo, ang fear ko dati noon, totoo namang maraming tsismosa sa Pilipinas. Ang ayoko, makarinig sila ng isang bagay na, totoo man o hindi, sa ibang tao," said the actress.

"It always has to come from me para 'pag tini-tease sila or i-bully, ang sagot lang nila, ‘Oh, I know that.’ E, di, tapos ang kwento. [To me] it empowered them.

“The truth empowered them more than it made them, you know, [think or say] ‘I can’t live my life,’” explained Angelu.

Angelu de Leon started as a young actress in GMA-7.

Her career was propelled forward when she played the role of Peachy in T.G.I.S.

She is now a mom of three and is happily married to her husband.
