After Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez supposedly accused Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio of being a a member of the opposition, President Rodrigo Duterte’s eldest daughter decided to fire back.

KAMI learned that Duterte-Carpio stated that the country would be a in a much better state if Alvarez is not the House Speaker.

"The Philippines will be a better country if he is not Speaker. PRD (President Rodrigo Duterte) will be a stronger president without Alvarez," she told Rappler.

She also hurled insults at her father’s key ally in Congress, who also supposedly told the media that she has a feud with the President and that she did not inform him of the formation of her regional political party, Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP).

"This insecure fat sleaze is the epitome of the idiom barking at the wrong tree,” she further told Rappler.

On Facebook, Duterte-Carpio also sent a fiery message to Alvarez.

"Kung assh0le ka sa Congress, don't bring that to Davao, leave it in Manila. Somebody should tell the President what you are doing. How dare you call me part of the opposition? Kapal ng mukha mo. You messed with the wrong girl…

"Ang sabi mo in a crowd, ‘President iba siya, Speaker ako, I can always impeach him!' And you call me opposition? Somebody should tell the President about the truth. Antay ka bukas, I have another story..."

Alvarez has denied making such statements.

Duterte-Carpio has been married to lawyer Manases "Mans" R. Carpio since 2007.

They have three kids nicknamed Sharky, Stingray and Stonefish.

Stonefish was born on March 2, 2017.
