Geoff Eigenmann embraces fatherhood in the sweetest manner

Geoff Eigenmann used to be the cool young star who does not worry much about the responsibilities in life.

Now that he has been a father for about five months, since his daughter Baby Arabella Simone was born, the actor somehow made a complete turnaround.

KAMI saw in ABS-CBN news that the 32-year-old actor has really changed.

Geoff said that his priorities also changed, unlike before.

"Siyempre iba 'yung magiging priorities mo. Spending is different. Hindi lang sarili mo na ang iniisip mo. Family na talaga. I’m responsible for two other people and one of them is a newborn child so iba na talaga," said the actor.

The newbie father also credited his girlfriend Angeli Mae "Maya" Flores for being a dedicated mother, although she has been dying to go back o singing.

"She’s been itching to go back [to singing]. She’s been wanting to pero siyempre mahirap 'yung responsibility of being a pure breastfed mom. Ang priority talaga namin is our daughter. Puwede naman ma-hold off 'yung work for a while pero she’s been itching to go back," Geoff stated.

Geoff and Maya have been together for over two years but wedding plans are not yet on the way.

He said that there's no rush between them to get married.

For Geoff, what matters now is his baby and his girlfriend.

Geoff is the son of Gina Alajar and Mark Gil.

He is the cousin of the actress Andi Eigenman.
