Pinay OFW named Junevie San Juan was detained in a cell in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia since her arrest in 2013.
She arrived at Jeddah in October of 2013 to be a dental assistant.
Unfortunately, local authorities arrested her for possessing 2 kilos of Methamphetamine which KAMI learned from Philippines trends.
Since then she was not able to appeal or cry for help for her situation.
Investigation took place that ended with a 3-year sentence in jail.
3 years already passed and she is still firm for being innocent from the case.
Junevie insisted that she was just a victim of a large syndicate that operates in the Philippines as well as Saudi Arabia.
In the end, She almost lose hope upon knowing that she needs to produce 100 riyals as penalty or 1.3 million pesos to also be repatriated.
To her surprise, a Saudian citizen named Abdulaziz Khamees offered help and is willing to produce the amount needed in order to release Junevie.
According to Abdulaziz, he strongly believes that the Pinay OFW is innocent, that is why he will extend a hand for her relaease and also for her to go back in the Philippines.
In the presence of GMA News and Consul RJ Sumague of Philippine consulate, the Saudi man promised to held Junevie.
