Vice Ganda returned to “It’s Showtime” yesterday, February 12, Monday, after being out for two weeks because of his kidney stones.
During his return, the comedian opened up about his health condition, saying that the pain he felt was the most excruciating in his whole life.
“Sobrang sakit! As in masakit na masakit, 1000% kaagad.
“Excruciating yung sakit. Akala ko talaga mamatay na ako!
“Pinaka masakit na naramdaman ko sa buong buhay ko,” Vice said.
He narrated that he was with his employee when he felt the pain.
Vice was rushed to the hospital and was given pain relievers.
His kidney stones were then removed through surgery.
During his ordeal, Vice realized how much he loves his life and how much he wants to continue living.
He also thanked the doctors and nurses at the Medical City who effectively treated him and cared for him.
Vice had to cancel a few shows due to his operation.
One of the shows he missed was James Reid and Nadine Lustre’s concert.
The comedian is one of the pioneer hosts of “It’s Showtime,” which has been airing for eight years now.
