Our letter sender is from Cecil Barcela Haduca who is an OFW in Saudi Arabia.
She is a mother of four and she has been away for a total of five years already.
According to Cecil, what made her decide to work abroad was when she realized that they can't afford to send their children to school.
She also narrated how her relationship with her husband went downhill.
She claims that her husband allegedly abused her and has a drinking problem as well.
But, Cecil gets her strength from her children.
Like when her eldest daughter graduated as their school valedictorian, Cecil couldn't be more proud.
With God's grace, Cecil was able to find a good employer.
However, the pain and struggle of being away with her children was almost unbearable.
