Kapamilya star Erich Gonzales finally opened up about the shooting of her slapping scene with Kapuso actress Lovi Poe for their upcoming movie “The Significant Other.”

KAMI learned from PUSH that the reason why the actresses got wounded and injured during the shooting of the scene was because they were wearing jewelry.

“Yung sa sampalan scene namin na lahat parang nawindang, sobrang naging intense lang yung eksena.

“Kasi dapat talaga walang suot na mga jewelry or mga accessory but then siyempre may mga ganun talaga hindi maiiwasang pangyayari na accident but then all is well,” Erich explains.

The actress added that there is no hard feelings between her and Lovi despite what happened during the shooting.

“Me and Lovi we’re super okay. We’re good friends and hindi naman ako napikon. Parte yun ng trabaho and kung ano yung hinihingi sa amin we’ll just deliver.

“Siyempre bilang artista kapag may sampalan scene rini-ready na namin yung sarili namin na alam mong magkakasakitan kayo, masasaktan ka.

“Gusto rin naman namin na maging maganda yung pelikula na kinalabasan mo. We’re super okay…

“Lodi siya in so many ways kasi ano yan, fitspiration, healthy, workout ng workout, ganyan.

“So lodi Lovi idol siya and sobrang masaya ako na nagkaroon ako ng chance na makatrabaho si Lovi kasi kahit sa mga eksena namin parang lagi kaming galit sa isa’t isa, off cam I can say we’re good friends. Wala kaming naging problema,” the star stated.

Erich and Lovi’s new movie will be released this year.

It was directed by director Joel Lamangan.

The film also stars Kapuso actor Tom Rodriguez.

KAMI admires Erich and Lovi for being passionate about their work and for being professional.
