On her debut performance for hit Chinese singing competition Singer 2018, KZ sang her cover of Adele's Rolling in the Deep.
But the Soul Supreme not only made it her own jazzy version, she also surprised viewers with a rap twist - in Tagalog!
Chinese viewers, and even the other contestants, were seen marveling at KZ's rap skills.
Her amazing performance put her straight to the top of the competition.
She now ranks number one, beating out British singer Jessie J who settled for second place for the second week in a row.
In the official teaser for KZ's first episode, Jessie J acknowledged KZ as a threat because of her big voice.
It looks like KZ has a great chance of lasting in competition.
KZ can stay until the finale in April if she doesn't get eliminated by the public through the weekly voting.
