- An OFW sent her inspiring story to KAMI
- She recounted how she built her home from nothing
- It was a year of waiting and patience
An OFW, Aliana Nicole Sanchez, happily shared how through hard work and dedication, she was able to build their family's home.
According to her letter, she used to dream of having a home. When she sees a fellow OFW posting photos of their homes, she would always say how she wishes she would have one.
She dreamed of having a home, and her dream sustained her. She didn't lose hope.
Of course, there's sacrifice in the process, but she's thankful that she has the support of her husband and family.
After a year, she could now see the product of her sacrifices.
Take a look at the photos of her 1-year-old home construction.
Aliana is working in Saudi and with three lovely kids. The minimum salary that she used to receive in the Philippines made her decide to go abroad.
She's from San Jose Occidental Mindoro.
