- Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia's wedding will happen this summer 2018
- The couple chose to not disclose the exact date of the wedding yet
- Billy feels sad that his parents might be a 'no show' at their wedding
Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia are set to exchange wedding vows this year.
However, Billy is still tight-lipped about the exact wedding date.
“Basta this year ako ikakasal. Yung date, not yet muna,” he said.
“Tingnan natin, tingnan natin. It’s January turning to Feb., so malapit-lapit na ang panahon. Preparations are almost done, it’s just the guest list na inaayos pa namin. Tulad nga ng reklamo ng lahat, magastos. Medyo mahirap lang talaga sa guest lists, yon yung mahirap, eh."
The singer-host admitted that they are having problems with the guest list because they don't want to go over their wedding budget.
“We’re planning din kasi to do just a reception din dito sa Manila for the industry friends and families kasi ayoko ring may masaktan dahil pareho rin kaming nasa showbiz.
“Siyempre, ayaw naman naming… well, there’s a certain amount lang kasi kung saan kami magpapakasal and we want to keep it intimate din."
Meanwhile, Billy feels sad about the fact that his parents might not be able to attend this special occasion, which Push reported.
According to Billy, his parents health condition and doctor's advise are the main reasons that they can't come.
His parents both live in the US.
"I’m not sure. Kasi both of them, medyo malala yung kalagayan nilang dalawa, so I don’t want to dwell and ayoko ring mapunta yung atensyon sa kanila. Actually, hindi sila pinayagan ng mga doctor.”
“Medyo sad, so baka kami ni Coleen ang umalis papunta sa kanila prior to our wedding out of respect din naman.
“Actually, kung talagang papipilian, I prefer them to come in, di ba? Pero kung hindi talaga kakayanin, wag pilitin. Baka kung ano pang mangyari, pagsisisihan ko pa,” he explained.
