On her interview in Magandang Buhay last January 25, she gave some details about her sacrifices before she finally got the spotlight.
“Nagstay po ako dun (sa Amerika) ng six months, tapos may opportunities po kasi sa States. And mas malapit po ako sa pamilya ko at medyo nawawalan na ako ng hope dito pero wala po akong peace na magstay doon,” Moira shared.
Though she admitted that she almost lose hope, Moira considered going back to the Philippines to try her luck once again. She is hoping that better things will happen with her patience and perseverance.
“Natutunan ko po na waiting isn’t a bad thing,” Moira said. “Looking back at all the waiting now, worth it talaga.”
Now her time to shine has finally arrived as she is now considered as one of the breakthrough artist today.
Her hit songs "Titibo-tibo" and "Malaya" are both on the Top 5 BIllboard PH.
In a separate interview on 'Tonight with Boy Abunda', Moira also shared that what made her write songs at first was because she was bullied and she was not aware that she was already anorexic.
With all those that she went through she then turned herself in to creating song masterpieces.
Later on, she realized that without all those experiences at her young age, she will not be able to capture the hearts of her fans and listeners because she will probably not have songs which will be relatable to her audience.
Moira already signed a contract with Star Records and will be releasing an album anytime soon.
She will have her first major concert on February 17 and 18 at the KIA Theatre.
The 'Malaya' hitmaker said that her 'Tagpuan' concert will be directed by John Prats
It was produced by Cornerstone Concerts and Bright Bulb Productions.
