Gladys Reyes and Christopher Roxas's love story is definitely like those of movies.
The couple renewed their wedding vows today, January 23 as they celebrate 25 years of togetherness.
They first met in the set of Mara Clara in 1993 and became a couple.
During those times, Gladys was 14 years old and Christopher was 12.
According to PEP, they have been together for 11 years as boyfriend and girlfriend and had a 2 months breakup on their 8th year.
KAMI learned that it was Christopher who realized that his life would never be the same without Gladys.
“Hindi pala puro saya lang [ang buhay]. Kailangan mo talaga ng kasama, e.” said Christopher in one of his previous interviews with PEP.
Gladys' better half worked hard from then on. He went to Los Angeles, California to work multiple jobs in preparation for their future.
It was on their 11th year when Christopher returned home and proposed marriage to Gladys.
They first tied the knot at the Iglesia ni Cristo Central Temple in Tandang Sora, Quezon City on the 23rd of January 2004.
Aside from celebrating their 25 years together, Christopher's firstborn, Gian-Christophe is also turning 12 today.
Gladys Reyes is well known for portraying antagonist roles. The couple's love story began when they met in the set of TV series "Mara Clara."
They were married in 2004 and were blessed with four children.
