Bianca Gonzalez interviewed Vice Ganda about the problem of many Filipinos of wanting to help their family but also save enough money for themselves.

The video interview, obtained by KAMI from Bianca’s Facebook page, shows the comedian getting serious in his desire to give words of wisdom for the viewers.

According to Vice, a person who wants to both help his family financially and also save money for himself should work twice as hard as before in order to earn money for both priorities.

But if there really is not enough money, Vice advised the viewers to weigh in on what matters to them more – helping their family or saving money?

He also talked about saving money for himself fist so that he can be strong enough financially to help his family rise above poverty.

“Pinalakas ko ‘yung sarili ko para mapalakas ko din ‘yung ibang tao. Kasi kung pare-pareho kaming mahihina, hindi rin kami magtatagumpay. Kasi kung wala ka namang isha-share, wala, wala talaga,” Vice said, as quoted by ABS-CBN News.

Vice came from a poor family.

After his dad died, Vice decided to provide for his family by working at comedy bars.

He got his big break through the noontime Kapamilya program “It’s Showtime.”
