- Some local celebrities own luxurious vans just like Kim Chiu
- Their vans give the comfort of a home while they travel
- Atoy Customs was the one responsible turning her van 'Manila-proof'
Most local celebrities don't just invest on luxurious homes but they also own customized vans or mini-bus for their everyday use.
Since Manila traffic is usually unbearable, these luxury vans will give them the comfort of a home and forget that they are actually stuck in traffic.
The Kapamilya actress owns a Hyundai 350 van which she now calls 'Manila-proof.'
She commissioned Atoy Customs to make her van 'Manila-proof' which means, “Yung term kasi, parang kahit magka-traffic, parang di ka tatalaban ng antok or pagod kasi naka-set up yung sasakyan mo. Hindi mo din mararamdaman yung traffic," Jay of Atoy Customs explained.
According to Showbiz Insider's report, the upgrade includes big leather recliners and entertainment systems, that will make you forget about Edsa traffic.
It is very obvious that this type of custom job are reserved for those who can afford it just like Kim.
Since sleep is a luxury to celebrities, they don't mind spending more just to make the interior of their vans cozy and comfortable.
