A new co-working space is gathering busy bees with its convenient location and comfortable digs in Quezon City. PEP previously reported about this.
Located along the food hub Maginhawa Street near University of the Philippines, Cerebrew offers a refuge for students and freelancers looking for a quiet and conducive place to finish their papers and projects.
The co-working space opened in October, and has fast attracted regular clients.
"Na-surprise kami kasi ang daming tao," said Josiah Albelda, one of the shop's seven partners.
"Lalo na pag gabi. May mga natu-turn away na kaming customers. Yung ibang computers namin tinanggal na namin kasi ginagamit ng customers yung space." he added.
Cerebrew's ample space has a lot of tables, whether for those looking to work alone or willing to share with others. They also have table lights for better reading.
They also has you covered with your browsing needs with their fast internet connection. Large pillows serves as nap corners when you need a power nap in between working. Just fill out a piece of paper and cerebrew's human alarm clock will wake you up.
Lockers are also availabe so you do not have to worry about your belongings while you sleep. There is no need to bring your food or go out because they also serve pasta and sandwiches to fill your hungry tummies.
Best of all, they offer unlimited drinks (choose from coffee, tea, or lemonade) for your entire stay. Sandwiches are priced at PHP100, pasta dishes at PHP130, and more filling all-day breakfast rice dishes from PHP100-PHP140.

Cerebrew charges PHP60 per hour with unlimited use of Fibr internet and refillable drinks, and PHP300 for a whole day stay. For only 100 pesos, customers can avail of the shower services, complete with a towel and grooming kit.
"Kukunin namin yung towel, pero kasi di ba yun yung pinaka-hassle, yung magdadala ka [ng wet towel]."
