Senior citizens are adorable, especially when confronted with technology.
Just this week, a Filipina mother went viral for her hilarious boo-boo when she confused the box of iPhone X for a box of perfume.
Twitter user @rosiepossi_ shared the video she took of her mother, whom she didn't name, while she's opening her Christmas gift.
Immediately after opening, the mother exclaimed, "Ay! Ay! Perfume! Ay thank you!"
But after hearing laughter from her family, mommy dearest took a second look and realized her hilarious mistake.
On the second part of the video, she exclaimed, "May nanalo na!", which translates to "We have a winner!"
The phrase is a favorite expression among Filipino millennials. And it's adorably unexpected to hear it from an elderly woman.
And clearly, she's very happy with the gift!
Basking in her newfound viral fame, the adorable mother gave a thank you speech in another Twitter video.
And she was so cute making sure she got the word "viral" right.
The first video has almost 6 million views as of this writing.
Part 2 and her thank you message both have 250,000 views.
