Ever since her epic Miss Universe 2015 victory, Pia Wurtzbach has become the epitome of beauty, wit, intelligence and confidence to many women.
Her recent revelations on “Tonight with Boy Abunda (TWBA)” however, proved that Pia is more than just your ordinary beauty queen.
During her recent appearance on the late-night ABS-CBN talk show, “TWBA,” KAMI learned that the 28-year-old beauty queen revealed her fondness for gay people, saying they are the “most caring” humans she knows.
With that said, it is really not surprising to learn that Pia wants to have a gay child. In fact, Pia has an interesting gender preference when it comes to having kids.
“Not to say na hindi ka aalagaan kung straight iyong anak mo, pero based on my experience, iba mag-alaga iyong beki,” she said.
“And gusto kong ma-experience iyong mayroon [anak akong] excited na bihisan ako, ayusan ako, alagaan ako — parang magiging best friend ko…” she added. “Nai-imagine ko na iyong anak ko magiging best friend ko beki siya.”
Apart from her fascinating admission, Pia also faced her own self for the first time in front of the infamous golden mirror of veteran TV host Boy Abunda.
When asked to describe herself, Pia said she is a woman who once had “big dreams.” Some of which had reportedly came true while the others are about to come true.
“She is somebody’s friend, somebody’s sister, somebody’s tita, somebody’s daughter…” Pia said. “And she once had big big dreams… some of them came true and some of them are hopefully about to come true.”
Pia also added that people can’t take away her “drive,” especially when it comes to the challenges in life.
“My drive,” she told Tito Boy. “Malakas ang loob ko eh.”
“Malakas ang loob ko so I know that no matter what challenges, mahirap akong istop sa gusto kong gawin,” Pia continued.
As for the message she wanted to give herself, Pia told her own self in the golden mirror to relax and don’t mind the bashers. She also gave a message to herself about marriage.
“I will tell her that life doesn’t end when you are married,” Pia said. “Career doesn’t end when you get married.”
“You having fun shouldn’t end when you get married,” she said. “Getting married should just be like a celebration and a bonus to your life.”
"But you should keep going and sana that girl doesn’t stop even if she gets married,” Pia concluded.
Meanwhile, Pia has been busy promoting her movie, “Gandarrapiddo: The Revenger Squad.” The film is on the official entry in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2017.
Aside from Pia, the movie also features Vice Ganda, Daniel Padilla, Karla Estrada and the film director is Bb. Joyce Bernal.
