Jolina Magdangal got the best birthday gift this year as she and her husband, Mark Escueta, were blessed with another baby on the way. The 39-year-old singer/TV host said her second pregnancy was indeed an answered prayer for her family.
During a recent interview, KAMI learned that Jolina is almost four months pregnant. She also revealed that she’s having a hard time with her second pregnancy, compared to the time when she was pregnant with Pele.
“Magfo-four months na siya and parang malaki siya sa four months,” Jolina told PEP.ph. “Okey naman, wala akong masyadong lihi-lihi. Pero parang palagi feeling ko, nasusuka 'ko pero hindi naman natutuloy.”
Jolina added that she always feels dizzy and has the urge to vomit. She also revealed her delicate pregnancy could be due to polyps.
“Kasi ngayon, meron pa rin akong spotting, e,” the Kapamilya TV host added. “Pero kasi may polyps din. Mas mahihiluhin ako ngayon. Kay Pele noon, wala akong naramdaman.”
“Ngayon, meron akong mga kinakain na pagkalulon ko, parang babalik,” she continued. “Tapos, ayoko ng masikip. Biglang umarte, parang ganun. Mas sensitive ngayon.”
As for the gender of the baby, Jolina revealed that she and her son Pele both wanted a baby girl. She even stressed that they are already claiming for it.
When it comes to their family’s Christmas plans, Jolens revealed that they might just stay in the country because of her condition. Even though she wanted to spend the holidays in Baguio, her delicate pregnancy will only allow her to go to Tagaytay.
“Gusto sana naming mag-Baguio bilang last year, nag-Baguio kami,” Jolina said. “Pero parang hanggang Tagaytay lang yata ang kaya kong ibiyahe. Parang ano nga, maselan.”
Her delicate pregnancy also makes her believe that she is pregnant with a baby girl. As for her due date, she might give birth in May 2018.
“Arte-arte, ewan ko nga, siguro nga girl na ito bilang maarte siya,” the TV host said. “Every two weeks, nagpapa-ultrasound ako para make sure lang na galing sa talaga sa polyps ang spotting.”
Despite her delicate situation, Jolina will continue working and fans will still see her in "Magandang Buhay" and "ASAP."
Meanwhile, KAMI congratulates Jolina for the another addition to their family. Speaking of babies and pregnancies, KAMI has a video showing the baby shower of new celebrity mom Kylie Padilla.
