Julia Montes and Coco Martin have neither confirm nor denied the incessant rumors that they are a indeed couple. But now, recent reports are claiming that they have already called it quits.
KAMI learned that Montes has remained mum over the real status of her relationship with Martin. According to PEP.ph, Montes only gave a short response when she was asked about the issue.
The 22-year-old Kapamilya star, however, confirmed that she and Martin still communicate with each other and she’s happy. But she also hinted that their busy schedules have taken a toll on their communication line.
"Basta happy ako,” Montes told the publication."Communication? Mayroon pa rin naman, tuloy pa rin naman ang communication… Sobrang busy lang, lalo na siya. Mayroon siyang ‘Panday’ at ‘Ang Probinsyano.’"
The press also asked Montes about how’s she’s supporting her rumored boyfriend. According to the actress, she’s supporting Martin through prayers.
She also expressed her happiness when it comes to Martin's successful career.
“Siguro bukod sa suportang personal, siguro prayers din,” Montes added. "I’m so happy for him kasi nung nag-i-start pa lang siya, nakikita ko ang talent niya. Ngayon, napapakita sa inyong lahat kung gaano siya kagaling, kung gaano ka-creative mind na mayroon siya."
Apart from support, Montes also has a wish for Martin and it concerns his health. It could be recalled that the “Ang Probinsyano” actor fell sick this year due to his very hectic schedule.
“Of course, siya kasi yung tao na mapapagod na ang lahat, siya yung huling-huling mapapagod,” Montes said. "Isa siyang inspirasyon sa mga katrabaho niya, kasi kung siya nga di marunong mapagod, what more yung mga katrabaho mo? Sana this time, mag-focus siya sa health niya kasi matagal na 'yan.”
Meanwhile, Julia Montes fans will surely be thrilled as their celebrity idol is set to make a television comeback through the new show, “Asintado.” The actress is promising her fans that they will see a different side of her.
Montes is currently filming the series and it is expected to air next year. As for its genre, Montes revealed that it is a suspense, family drama with a hint of romance, ABS-CBN reported.
