- She admitted that her impression of Joshua was incorrect
Director Cathy-Garcia Molina opened up about her first impression on actor Joshua Garcia and how it was shattered while shooting their movie “Unexpectedly Yours.”
KAMI learned about the director’s experience with Joshua from PEP.ph.
According to Cathy, she scolded Joshua on the first day of shooting because she had heard that the actor was becoming boastful due to his recent success.
However, she quickly found out that the rumors about the young star were not true.
I have to work with the person before I give my judgement and I was wrong about Joshua,” Cathy admitted.
She also praised Joshua’s ability to be cute and funny despite being told to act like a fool during his scenes.
For me, it’s a good thing especially in rom-coms, when doing a rom-com.
Si Joshua, he does it well.
Aside from Joshua, “Unexpectedly Yours” also stars Julia Barretto, Robin Padilla and Sharon Cuneta.
The movie has received positive reviews.
It has already earned over P100 million at the box office.
