- Vice Ganda revealed what’s the only thing he can’t seem to have in life
- Kapamilya TV host/comedienne hopes to spend more time with family
- Ganda proved to be successful when it comes to love and business
Six-time Phenomenal Box-Office star Vice Ganda is recently so busy in promoting his upcoming MMFF film, “The Revenger Squad.” But in a recent presscon, Ganda couldn’t control his emotions and cried in front of the media while revealing the only thing he can’t have in life — time!
In the video that KAMI obtained from Pep.ph, Ganda became so emotional when the press asked him what the thing he wishes to have in life is. In terms of material things, the 41-year-old actor immediately said that he can’t think of any tangible thing he longs to have because he could afford to buy it or he’ll work hard to have it.
“Hindi naman sa pagmamayabang, yung tangible parang kaya ko nang bilhin,” Ganda told the press people.
But in a more serious note, Ganda broke into tears when he revealed what’s the thing he really wanted. Unfortunately, he can’t have it despite the fact that he has enough resources to buy anything he wants.
“Pero ang pinakaseryosong sagot — oras,” the Kapamilya TV host said. “Kung pwede lang dagdagan ang araw… naiiyak tuloy ako… Kung pwede lang maging eight days sana ang isang linggo para Monday to Saturday work ako sa Showtime, kasama taping ng GGV… naiiyak ako…”
“Sana maging tatlo yung weekends,” Ganda continued. “Saturday, Sunday, tapos may isa pa. Para mas mahaba yung oras ko sa sarili ko sana, tsaka sa nanay ko, sa family ko, kasi nahihiya talaga ako sa kanila.”
Ganda stressed that he knows that his family understands his schedule. But their being understandable didn’t make him stop feeling ashamed or guilty.
He also shared that at times, it crosses his mind if his siblings have money, especially when he helps other people in his noontime show, “It’s Showtime.”
“Kunwari may tutulungan naman ako sa Showtime, minsan pumapasok sa utak ko may binigyan naman ako ng pera,” Ganda said. “Yung kapatid ko kaya may pera kaya? Hindi ko alam kasi hindi ko naman siya nakakausap.”
“And I need time to be able to talk to them,” Ganda added. “Eh yung pamilya ko kasi… sobrang bait ng pamilya ko. They will not oblige me or pressure me to spend time with them.”
“Kaya yun lang… oras… kung pwede sana maging 30 hours a day para yung 20 sa trabaho ispend tapos yung 10 hours sa family,” the box-office comedienne shared. “Tapos 8 days a week… yung ganun lang.”
Ganda also pointed out that he can afford those tangible things because he can work for it, just like what he did in the past. But what hurts most for “The Revengers Squad” actor is the fact that he can never buy time even how rich you are.
“Pero ang masakit lang, kahit gaano karami ang pera mo, hindi ka makakabili ng oras. Ayun…” Ganda concluded.
Even though Ganda can’t buy time, he had proven himself again that he’s not just good in entertaining the Filipinos. In fact, Abante Tonite commended Ganda’s success in his own makeup line.
The publication added that Ganda is also good when it comes to his love life. The reason? Well, some people close to Ganda revealed that he doesn’t lure anyone with money.
KAMI wishes that Ganda will be able to find more time to spend with his family and loved ones.
