KAMI learned about this from PEP. Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, Andrea Torres and Mikael Daez, and Meg Imperial and JC de Vera are nominated in the Best Foreign Actor and Actress categories of the 2017 Blue Star Awards in Vietnam.
Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla got the nomination for their performance in the 2015 remake of Pangako Sa 'Yo. Andrea Torres and Mikael Daez were nominated for the 2014 sexy afternoon series Ang Lihim Ni Annasandra. Meg Imperial and JC de Vera were nominated in the Vietnam awards show for their 2014 adult daytime series Moon of Desire.
Pangako Sa 'Yo, Ang Lihim Ni Annasandra, and Moon of Desire also received nominations in the Favorite Foreign Film-TV category.
It may be recalled that in 2015, Kathryn and Daniel received recognitions in Vietnam. They were hailed as Best Foreign Actress and Best Foreign Actor in the 2015 Face of the Year Awards for their 2013 drama series Got To Believe.
Kathryn and Daniel's Pangako Sa 'Yo is a 2015 Philippine romantic melodrama television series based on the 2000 Filipino soap opera of the same title. They were joined by Jodi Sta. Maria, Angelica Panganiban, and Ian Veneracion.
Andrea and Mikael's Ang Lihim Ni Annasandra is a Philippine television drama fantasy series broadcast by GMA Network. It's about a story of a cursed child who turns into an awok every night, a pig-type of aswang.
While Meg and JC's Moon of Desire is a 2014 Philippine daytime television drama series directed by FM Reyes and Raymund B. Ocampo aired in ABS-CBN. They were joined by Ellen Adarna and Dominique Roque.
