- Myka Flores revealed that she had a crush on actor Wendell Ramos
- Kapuso comedienne also admitted that she wrote a love letter to Ramos
- “Bubble Gang” star shared previous job experiences outside of showbiz
Myka Flores aka Marissa Flores (in real life) recently confessed her admiration to former Kapuso-turned-Kapamilya actor Wendell Ramos. Flores recently guested in the show, “Tonight with Arnold Clavio,” where she admitted sending Ramos a love letter in the past.
Flores became a household name and eventually rose to stardom through the long-running Kapuso gag show, “Bubble Gang.” Because of the said show, the 48-year-old comedienne was given the opportunity to work with Ramos.
In the video that KAMI obtained from GMA Public Affairs’ official YouTube channel, award-winning host Arnold Clavio asked his guests — Flores, Wilma Doesn’t, Terry Gian and Dax Martin — to guess the person he’ll be describing. The program’s segment is called, “Sino?”
Clavio then took Flores by surprise when the TV host bluffed that her longtime crush Ramos was on the line. The bluff prompted Flores to admit her past feelings to the 39-year-old actor, who she already admired even before they started working together.
According to the comedienne, she really admired Ramos’ humbleness and kindness. Flores added that the actor was also not arrogant as compared to other men.
"Mabait, hindi siya 'yung tipong mayabang,” Flores told Clavio, as GMA News quoted. “Noong pinaoood ko pa lang 'yung Bubble Gang, siya 'yung idol ko talaga.”
Due to her admiration, the Kapuso star revealed that she came to a point where she sent Ramos a “love letter.”
“Sa totoo lang crush ko si Wendell [Ramos],” Flores added. “Tapos, dumating 'yung point na sinulatan ko talaga siya.”
“Sinabi ko lang na 'Wendell, may sasabihin ako sa 'yo pero sana 'wag kang magbabago,’” she continued. “Sinabi ko talaga sa kaniya 'yon, at huwag lalaki ang kaniyang ulo.”
Apart from her crush confessions, Flores also shared that she remains single at the age of 48, prompting the other guests to ask her the reason behind it.
Meanwhile, despite being a comedienne and in showbiz for almost two decades, Flores recalled that she had also worked at a garments and canned tuna factories. According to Myka, she used to separate the black and the white meats of tuna in the factory.
KAMI admires Flores' hardwork and honesty, but our team also believes that bullying is an unacceptable practice.
