Kapuso actresses Chynna Ortaleza, Yasmien Kurdi, and LJ Reyes talk about balancing their careers and family life.
KAMI watched from PEP.ph about the interview of Chynna, Yasmien and LJ where they were asked about their tips for fellow moms who are busy at work but at the same time prioritize their family.
LJ Reyes was the first one to answer.
"Ako, lagi kong sinasabi, ine-encourage ko yung mga working moms na you have to seek help."
"Sa husband mo or sa family mo."
"Kasi diba, sila yung best na pwedeng makatulong sa'yo when it comes to managing your time. Kasi it's really impossible to take on two jobs at a time."
"It takes so much of your time. Actually 24/7, mommy ka."
Chynna agreed on what LJ said. Among the three, she has the youngest child. She then answered:
"Ako, you should actually stop trying to look inward when it comes to things like this."
"You got to open your eyes a little bit and see that there are other moms who were in the same boat as you are."
"You just really have to talk and make friends with also fellow moms, ask for tips."
"Kasi it helps a lot when you get to talk to these people and you feel assured na they're also going through the same struggles."
Yasmien Kurdi was the last one to answer. She agreed on what the two fellow moms said.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner."
"Baon, lahat.
Both Chynna and LJ agreed on Yasmien.
KAMI wants to remind moms out there who always balance work and family life, that we are very proud of you. Mabuhay ang mga ina!
