Narc Delemios, the suspect in the Grab driver’s slay, asked for forgiveness from the family of his victim, Gerardo Maquidato Jr.
KAMI learned about Delemios’ apology from ABS-CBN News.
According to Delemios, he did not know that Maquidato was a “good Samaritan.”
The Grab driver went viral last year for giving a free ride to his passenger who had a serious illness.
Delemios also acknowledged that it would be very difficult for Maquidato’s family to forgive him.
Maquidato’s wife was also given the chance to address Delemios, according to GMA News Online.
She broke down while speaking to him.
The driver’s mother also sent a message to Delemios.
“Hindi mo pinagbigyan. Bakit mo ginawa?
“Napakasipag niya. Parang hayop ang ginawa mo sa kanya. Pagsisisihan mo nang habambuhay ang ginawa mo,” Maquidato’s mom said.
KAMI is hoping that justice would prevail in this tragedy!
