Alex Gonzaga posted a rant on social media about the allegedly poor customer service of Air France.

According to Alex’s tweet, Air France canceled the flight without telling the passengers what to do next.
She explained that she would not have minded that the flight was canceled as long as the affected passengers were assisted by the airline’s customer service personnel.
The Kapamilya star also urged Air France personnel to be as hospitable as the ground attendants of Philippine airports.
