Gwendoline Ruais takes legal action against wives & girlfriends of TNT players after shouting match in PBA game

Miss World 2011 First Princess Gwendoline Ruais revealed that she has filed oral defamation and unjust vexation complaints against several wives and girlfriends of Talk 'N Text (TNT) KaTropa basketball players.

KAMI learned about Gwen’s comments about the issue from PEP.ph.

The controversy started when Gwen and other wives and girlfriends of San Miguel Beermen (SMB) players had a shouting match with the TNT wives and girlfriends after the June 30 PBA finals game between the two teams.

“All I can say is that I didn’t start it. I didn’t do anything. Actually, wala akong kaaway. It’s more of this incident happened to me.

“The funny thing is wala akong kilala from the incident. The only person that I know is this one girl and her mother.

“I can’t mention the name, unfortunately, since I already filed a case against them,” Gwen said.

Michelle Rosario, the wife of TNT player Troy Rosario, accused Gwen of calling her a “yaya.”

“I was trying to pacify the scene when she said to me 'Bye bye yaya' How can I calm down!!! I'm not the one who started this,” Michelle tweeted.

However, Gwen denied the accusation.

“Actually, I don’t know Mich Rosario. Before this incident, I don’t know who she is. I don’t know what she looks like.

“So, no, I never called her yaya because I don’t even know who she is. Like I said, all those girls involved, I have no idea who they were except for one and her mother.”

“What happened was something that shouldn’t happen. I’m not the type of person who'll get into a fight or an altercation, address everyone or even say foul language.

“My parents raised me right. I was the only aggrieved person,” Gwen explained.

According to PEP.ph, Gwen filed the complaint against Ma. Lourdes “Malou” Bien, Andrea Bien, Hillarie Brown, November Tan Carey, and Michelle Ann Aguas Rosario.

Gwen is the girlfriend of David Semerad, a player for San Miguel Beermen.
