Yen Santos had one of the most amazing surprises in her life when she was told that she will be the leading actress opposite Gerald Anderson and Jake Cuenca for a TV show at ABS-CBN.
Talagang masaya ako na sunud-sunod ang projects,” she said to ABS-CBN News on Wednesday.
(I really didn't expect it. I thought I was just going to be a guest on a show. When they presented it to me, I had chills. Maybe it's because I'm still not used to it. I'm really happy for having projects one after the other.)
Santos was really happy to have yet another big break after successful "All of Me" stint. She considers working with both Cuenca and Anderson on this project a very big privilege as Santos views them to be great actors of their time.
Talagang ino-own nila yung character,” she shared.
(As actors, of course I already watched them. You can see how effective they are at portraying their roles because they give their 110%. That's why when you watch them, you get hooked. They really own their character.)
The new TV show will be titled "Because You Love Me" where Santos will be playing as a triathlete. She shared that she's not that sporty in real life but she is hoping to give justice to her character with the help of her co-starts and the director Dan Villegas.
