Phoebe Walker admitted that she got scared of Cristine Reyes when she was paired with Ali Khatibi for a project
Actors Phoebe Walker and Ali Khatibi were paired up for a sitcom on Sari-Sari Channel and the actress opened up on her anxiety about their scene together.
KAMI learned about Phoebe’s worries from PUSH.
Ali is married to actress Cristine Reyes and they have a daughter.
“Natakot kasi ako. Kasi, alam mo naman… Pero smack lang naman yon.
“Si Cristine kasi, parang she’s too… sa tingin ko ha, parang ang layo na ng narating niya.
“Oo, eh. Kaya nga nung storycon, sabi ko, ‘Ali, nasabi mo ba yung kissing scene. Nasabi mo ba kay misis na ganyan?’
“Sabi niya, ‘Oo. Eh, wala naman yon kay ano. Wala naman yon.’ Pero siyempre, distance, respeto din lang kay Cristine,” Phoebe explained.
She also has a new project with Ali, an action movie entitled “Double Barrel,” directed by Toto Natividad.
However, Phoebe’s leading man in the movie is AJ Mulach.
“Buti na nga lang wala,” the actress said.
She also revealed that she is in very good terms with Cristine.
“Beso-beso na kami ngayon. Mga compliments lang to her. O, ang ganda n’yo po.”
“Kasi sobrang idol ko siya sa No Other Woman, parang galing na galing ako sa kanya. Saka mabait naman po yon. At si Ali naman po, hands down ako don, sobrang bait, sobrang sincere.”
