The actor/entrepreneur may or may not have taken it personally, but what he shared to his followers is something all of us should look into.
He gave us 14 tips on how to 'improve the quality of our personal status and contribute to a positive life', which he picked up from Ben Shahar's Positive Psychology class in Harvard.
