- KAMI has spotted a story from pep.ph about married couple Richard and Maricar Reyes and their advice to couples who often encounter financial conflicts.
One of the challenges that are always present in a married relationship is financial matters. It's almost impossible to be avoided - at one point, it will always arise and challenge both of the couples.
For celebrity couple Richard and Maricar Reyes, they have been through a lot. And together, they shared their experiences on how they resolved their disputes.
During a small media gathering at The Frazzled Cook along Tomas Morato last June 7, Richard talked about several helpful ways to set things right between couples.
“When you get married, tignan niyo muna kung sino na inyo, after a while, a period of time, kung sino daw mas malaki humawak.”
Richard said he learned from his uncle who teaches finance.
He also states that in a relationship - there would be always one who will be superior to the other.
“May isa daw talaga na mas magaling. Never daw siya equal.
“'Tapos, kung sino mas magaling, siya magma-manage.”
“Now, if siya mas magaling mag-manage, ako ang kumikita, I still give it to her kasi siya mas magaling humawak.
Kailangan ibigay mo.
“Hindi ba may sense?”
Richard also implies the importance of transparency to each other in a relationship.
“Dapat alam ng iba! Kasi kapag married kayo, as one na kayo e.
The couple has their book '10 Things We Fight About' already released for ?225.00. The book is about their 10 most common conflicts and how they dealt - and continue to deal with each one.
