Senator Antonio Trillanes IV alleges that Davao City mayor Rodrigo Duterte’s family has more than 40 real estate properties across the Philippines. Trillanes provided GMA news with a list of all the properties owned by the Duterte family.
GMA news approached the Land Registration Authority (LRA) to confirm the Transfer Certificate Title (TCT) numbers provided by Trillanes. The LRA confirmed that Sara Duterte has 15 properties, Vice mayor Paolo Duterte has 10 properties, Sebastian has 8 properties, and Digong’s 11-year old child, Veronica, has 2 properties. The LRA also confirmed the existence of other properties on the list provided by Trillanes but it is unclear how they are related to the Davao city mayor.
On top of these properties, Trillanes also accused the Davao City mayor of owning three bank accounts from different banks which were not declared in the latter's SALN. If the allegations of Trillanes are true, it will debunk Duterte's public image as a simple person with minimal political machinery.

Trillanes earlier accused Duterte of owning at least P227M- which he did not declare in his latest statement of assets, liabilities and net worth- in an account at a bank branch in Metro Manila.
"I would resign from the Senate and withdraw from the vice presidential race. If my claims were proven false, I would no longer be in politics," said Trillanes.
Duterte confirmed the existence of the bank accounts at BPI branch on Julia Vargas Avenue, but says it did not contain millions contrary to Trillanes' claims. "I have accounts at BPI. But it does not contain that much money. Just thousands. It could not go beyond that," Duterte said.
Aside from his reported peso accounts, Duterte also owns at least one dollar savings account, the camp of administration standard bearer Manuel "Mar" Roxas II revealed Friday. Roxas then compared Duterte to Vice President Jejomar Binay, also one of his opponents in the 2016 presidential race. Binay is facing a string of corruption allegations supposedly committed during his term as city mayor of Makati.
