KAMI came across with this story in Viral 4 Real about a mother and daughter who humiliated a cashier at McDonald’s since the cashier couldn’t understand English.
It was in Angeles Pampanga branch that these two made a scene and requested the store manager that there should be two lines at the cashier, one for educated people and the other one for the norms.
But how do we really define educated people? Do we base it on their fluency and comprehension? Did we even consider misunderstanding?
It all started when the cashier offered to upgrade the Shake Shake fries and they said they’ll pass but the cashier asked them “What flavor do you want?”
It all started when the cashier asked them for their preferred flavor right after declining to upgrade the Shake Shake fries.
The two meant that they don’t want to upgrade it; but the cashier still asked them for the flavor.
The store manager defended his crew and said it as misunderstanding and that they could settle it without humiliating the crew who was then a working student.

May pasusyal na Mommy with the bitchy daughter sa counter. So what happened is this, the Pasusyal tandem didn't like how the cashier communicated with them in ENGLISH.. So they approached the manager on duty.
Mother Pasusyal : are you the manger!? (Pasigaw)
Manager: Yes ma'am, how can i help you po? (In a very polite tone of voice)
Mother: This person shouldn't be here! (Habang tinuturo si ateng cashier)
Manager: What happened po ma'am? (Polite pa din)
Cue in the Daughter Pasusyal
Daughter: Why did you hire people who can’t even understand our ENGLISH!!? ( typical pasusyal pinoy accent) he ASKED US if we want our fries Upgraded to shake shake, my mom said i will pass but he still asked us what flavor!! (Pataasan ng boses)
Manager: Pasensya na po talaga. Baka na mis understood lng po kayo. ( grabee super polite padin yung voice)
MOTHER B*TTS IN AGAIN..
Mother : i would suggest make two lines for the cashier,one for those who are educated and speaks English and one for normal people. ITS TAKE so long to get our orders ehh (YESS MALI MALI YUNG ENGLISH NG MOTHER)
Daughter: yeah So NAKAKAABALA (komokonyo pa)
Grabee talaga to sila, how they humiliate the cashier but this,
Manager: i really apologize po talaga for what happened, but next time if you dont feel like talking to our cashier, just simply walk away. You dont have to humiliate someone like this and make a scene. And by the way po the person you just humiliated is a 3rd year PSYCHOLOGY student. Im really sorry po if we didnt meet your standards. Ganun nalang po gawin natin next time.
Mother : bastos ka din pala kaya sila ganyan ( nagtatalog na siya kasi alam nya mapapalaban siya ng englishan sa Manager)
Hawak na ng daughter ang take out.
Mother: WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!
Manager to the cashier : balik mo yung pera. Inabot ng manager sa mga pasusyal.
Manager: Here's your money po, but we need the orders back.
Inabot ng daughter padabog . And they started walking out.
But wait there's more!!!
Cue in si ateng BALIBAGO GIRL na customer din (sumigaw)
"Kung mayaman kayu at gusto niyong makipag englishan sa mga waiter, mag MCDO LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA kayo! Punyeta kayo! Natagalan kami sa pila.!"
Sumagot si Daughter : POKPOK KA naman!
