Briefly learned from Shared that an elderly woman from the United Kingdom found an effective way to stop speeding traffic in her residential area.
64-year-old, Jean Brooks is an elderly woman from Nottingham, United Kingdom. Jean was becoming increasingly annoyed when cars were speeding in her residential area.
Jean decided to use her hairdryer to scare drivers into thinking it was a speed gun to detect if someone was driving too fast.
It amazingly worked as so many vehicles started breaking immediately and started slowing down.
It has been reported that Jean noticed the speeding traffic when she opened a café in her front garden to raise funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Jean is very happy with the effect that the fake speeding camera has created as she is making the streets safer for all the residents including the children.
