It was a typical day at the town square. While some people rush around, some decided that its high time that play and laughter is promoted in public, to, quite simply, have fun; and give people a reason to smile.
In a post made by Garda Síochána - Cork, Kerry & Limerick - Southern Region on Facebook, a nun in a habit and sneakers can be seen facing off with a garda - or Irish police - in a very unexpected game of keepy uppy.
The post was captioned,
"Well what can we say, this definitely isn't something you see everyday - Garda O'Connell of Henry St Community Policing Unit playing keepy uppy with the Dominican Sisters at the Our Lady of Limerick Triduum and festival which was held from the 25th-27th May at the St Saviours Dominican Church, Glentworth Street, Limerick. We're not sure who won this time, a rematch will have to be scheduled."
