Kami came across a post of a netizen on FB where she shared how Baguio's Public Order and Safety Division (POSD) harassed her grandmother.
According to the netizen, her grandmother was selling 'sili' at the sidewalk.
She was setting up her 'paninda' in front of their stall, which has complete papers.

Several POSD personnel grabbed her grandmother, which got her paninda scattered all over the ground.
Good thing the netizen intervened.
She believes that what got the abusive POSD to stop was because she was pregnant.
