Anne Curtis’s modern eclectic Makati condo depicts her vibrant and animated personality

Apart from her Victorian-themed house in the South, Anne Curtis also has this unit in Makati, a sprawling business district that’s much closer to where she works.

Quite distinct from the elegance her former house exuded, her new place now breathes a vibrant mix of posh living and laidback chill, which is a perfect abode to come home to for an in-demand actress perpetually on a hectic schedule.

Anne opted for an airy, open-layout interior to give the place a more spacious feel. After agreeing to break down some walls, Anne personally joined her designer from Heim Interiors in their hunt for the perfect pieces and fixtures to complete her home.

Foyer

Living area

With the large, floor-to-ceiling glass-panelled windows, natural light freely illuminates the entire living area, for that bright and cheery mood. To complement, furnitures with warm tones were used as well as vintage pieces with hints of earth brown and wood.

Reading area

This charming LED light-illuminated book shelf is a work of art in itself. It houses Anne’s favorite books, as well as timeless Audrey Hepburn memorabilia.

Anne can spend hours engrossed in books just snuggled in the comfy reading chairs.

Powder room

The main focal point of this powder room are definitely the Machuca colored tiles and a pull-chain water closet that’s reminiscent of the 1940s.

Dining area

Anne’s 10-seater dining area is clearly intended to host guests every so often. The many mismatched chairs surrounding the wooden table are a mix of eclectic pieces that are vintage and classic, which truly adds a distinct personality and charm.

Kitchen

Guest room

This was previously her sister Jasmine’s bedroom before she finally got a place of her own. Now, it has become a guest room that can accommodate some of Anne’s closest friends who come in and sleep over.

Master bedroom

This bedroom is truly fitting for a modern-day princess, with its four-poster bed and and rustic chandelier. The brick wall doubles as her headboard, creating an illusion of distressed royalty.
