Ever wondered what the children of famous celebrities get for their daily allowance in school? Vice Ganda sought to find out on a recent episode of “Gandang Gabi Vice.”
KAMI obtained a video of the interview from the ABS-CBN Entertainment YouTube channel.
His guests included Andrei, the son of Jomari Yllana and Aiko Melendez; Angelina, the daughter of Cesar Montano and Sunshine Cruz; Leila, the daughter of Ogie Alcasid and Michelle Van Eimeree; and Iñigo, the son of Piolo Pascual.
Andrei revealed that he gets P200 to P300 per day or P1,000 to P1,500 per week, depending on his parents’ mood.
Iñigo said that his dad does not give him an allowance but his mom gives him P3,000 per week or P12,000 a month – more than the salary of many employees in the country.
Angelina told Vice that she receives P200 per day and that she uses the money to buy food at the De La Salle Santiago Zobel School.
Leila did not answer the question since she grew up in Australia.
Many netizens were stunned by the amount of the kids’ daily allowances.
