- Sylvia Sanchez is guilty of punishing her children by 'pagluhod sa monggo'
- According to the Kapamilya actress, the traditional punishment worked for her children Ria and Arjo Atayde
- Sylvia revealed that she got the parenting style from her mother who also made her knell on monggo seeds
Actress Sylvia Sanchez might not be understood by some parents because of the way she disciplines her children Ria and Arjo Atayde but for her, she did quite well.
During her guesting in Kapamilya show Rated K, Sylvia revealed that she make her children kneel on monggo seeds to discipline them whenever they fight like cats and dogs.
The 'The Greatest Love' actress revealed:
Pinag-face the wall ko, walang nangyari."
Apparently, the actress also experienced the old-school punishment tradition and got it from her mom, which also worked for her.
Nag-work naman. Tumino sila."
Sylvia then advised mothers to discipline their children however they think would work for them.
"Opinion ko iyon, ha. To each his own tayo, bahala ka paano mo disiplinahin anak mo.
