With the unusual working hours, shifting, and assisting different kinds of customer sometimes take a toll on call center agents. With the very cold ambience of the call center floor, it can’t be helped that an agent snoozed off once in a while waiting for a call.

- This video was about a man who was caught sleeping while on-duty by his supervisor in a call center.
- The video showed a night shift call center floor with some agents taking call and their supervisor was walking around when he caught one of the agents dozing off. He then called everyone out of the floor and hide. Just when everyone was gone hiding, the man woke up in an empty floor.

An agent was caught sleeping during a night shift by his supervisor and so he ordered all other agents to go and hide at one side of the floor.
When the agent woke up, he was surprised that he’s all alone in the floor and so he phoned his supervisor and asked where they are. His supervisor answered him in whispering voice that he couldn’t talk on the phone because he’s in the movie. He almost lost it when his supervisor mentioned that it was already Sunday, he has been sleeping since Friday!
The agent feeling so disturbed walked out of the floor. That was when, the supervisor signalled everyone to get back in their seats and continue what they were doing. When the poor agent came back, everyone was back on the floor taking calls and the supervisor was walking around like nothing happened.
