There is a joke that goes--- An American guy wearing his Timex was boarding a plane going to the Philippines. When he reached the arrival area, he noticed that his watch was gone. The man simply sighed telling himself that he is surely in the Philippines. This joke made a generalization that people in the Philippines are dishonest and crook.
