What is more important? Following the proper procedures? Or saving a life?
KAMI revisited this story on Facebook.

The old woman, Salvacion Mauricio is in critical condition. Taking her to the hospital immediately for treatment is the only way.
Her granddaughter, Mary Michelle Edralin, stated that her grandmother died waiting for an ambulance. The Antipolo Rescue refused to lend them an ambulance. According to them proper procedures should be followed.
Do we have to point it out who's at fault here? There's nothing wrong in following procedures, but when a life is at stake, no need to compromise.
As the saying goes, "There's always an exception to every rule". Do you agree?
