- Man held an advertising board outside Shanghai University offering his girlfriend to the public.
- Anybody can take his girlfriend out for dinner or study dates but strictly ‘no funny business’ involved.
- This companionship service is paid for £1 an hour, £5 per day or £50 per month.
KAMI learned about this Chinese man who offers a rental service. What’s interesting is, it’s not an object he offers but a person! It is his very own girlfriend up for renting but he strictly says to customers that there will be 'no funny business' involved.
Wei Chu, 25, thought about this unique idea and set out to gather customers. He stood outside Shanghai University with a ‘girlfriend sharing’ advertising post. When an interested or curious passers-by comes his way, he invites them to connect to a nearby Wifi network to show them his girlfriend, Xiao Ai.
She can be rented for just £1 an hour, £5 per day or £50 per month. Repeatedly, Wei Chu tells the customer about the ‘no funny business’ rule and insists that the customer and his girlfriend go out for dinner or a study date.
Apparently, Wei Chu offered this service in a desperate attempt to buy the upcoming iPhone 6 handsets.
This unique venture of his might be a success. He was captured in a photo with a crowd of interested men around him.
Do you think he will make plenty enough for an iPhone? Let's hear what you think in the comments below.
