This Box Was Lying At The Airport For 7 Days, Until Airport Employees Decided To Look Inside....

An unmarked box was left abandoned in the Beirut airport for a full week before anyone bothered to open it to see what was inside. When they did, they were shocked at what they found inside.

Inside the box lay three Siberian tiger cubs, no older than 4 months. The three cubs were covered in fec@l matter, urine, and maggots.

Since it had been a week since the box had been abandoned, the cubs were severely dehydrated and starving. They had lost all their strength inside the box, and were unable to even stand.

Animals Lebanon (AL) an animal rescue group, indicated that there was no indication anywhere on the box that it contained animals. There was also no sender or receiver marked anywhere.

The three cubs had been on their way to a zoo in Syria from the Ukraine when the connection they were supposed to have been on from Beirut was delayed. When the flight was delayed, the tiger cubs had been abandoned.

AL is now petitioning to have the cubs released while they care for them. The hope is that the terrible treatment of these poor animals will be enough for a judge to order them to be released and sent to a sanctuary.

There is concern that the cubs were to be sold on the black market, as they would be worth thousands of dollars.

At the moment, the cubs are regaining their strength. AL is fighting to help these tigers and protect them from further mistreatment at the hands of their so-called owners.
