KAMI obtained photos of James Yap’s condominium unit in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City from Yes! Magazine via PEP.ph.
After James separated from ex-partner Kris Aquino, he started living in a hotel room.

However, there came a time when the basketball star realized that it was too expensive living there.
"Siyempre hindi naman for life na magho-hotel ka, kasi mahal,” James told Yes! Magazine.
(Of course, I could not live at a hotel for life because it is expensive.)

He then decided to purchase a condominium unit.
But why did he not buy a house instead?
“Parang mas safe pag condo. Ila-lock mo lang 'tapos meron nang magbabantay,” the PBA player explained.
(It seems like it is safer in a condo. Just lock the door and someone is already there to guard it.)
According to Yes! Magazine, James’ condo unit measures 140 square meters and it has two bedrooms and three bathrooms.
