A cat was tossed out in the bridge. Luckily, Gavin was there to save the cat from a very traumatic experience.
Gavin, a 14 year-old-boy rescued a cat hanging off the bridge on the highway. It seemed very thankful of Gavin as the little cat clung to Gavin and didn't want to let go.
Erin Brown, mother of Gavin, was talking her son to a birthday party when they saw the cat was tossed by someone in a moving vehicle in front of them. She came to a stop, and her son, Gavin, got out of the car so he could rescue the cat.
Brown shared with Love Meow, "In shock watching the cat slam the pavement and scurry all over the highway he ran to the overpass right by me and jumped on top of the overpass about to jump down."
The cat was injured and it was breathing heavily from the trauma. He saw the cat's nails were torn of from trying to not fall down the bridge. The cat was taken to Blue Pearl Animal Hospital and he was given medications to relieve the pain.
Anyone can see that the two created a bond from an emotional incident. They named the cat "Lucky" and he has been the sweetest cat they have ever met. The heroic boy wanted to become a veterinarian one day, and he is very determined to pursue his dream.
