Pinoy highschool student caught on video dancing alone during prom night

A high school prom is supposed to be a night of joy and happiness. Unfortunately, many students experience a night of loneliness during their prom night.

In a video posted by Nate Justine Monsod Florendo and shared by Filipino Vines, a male high school student – Raymond Albo – is seen dancing alone on the dance floor as other couples dance with each other.
The students were slow dancing to the tune of “Stay” when the video was taken.

The male student was visibly sad and emotional as he danced without a partner.
Netizens expressed their sadness while watching the viral video.

“Saklap naman (That is tragic). Nakakadurog ng puso (My heart got broken while) watching this,” a netizen wrote.
“Ako nga ganyan din kaso nasa tabi lang nanunuod ng sumasayaw wla kasi akong kasayaw ng prom (I also did not have a dance partner on prom so I stayed on the sideline and just watched),” another social media user reminisced.
Other netizens encouraged the student to not give up on romance because he still has plenty of time to meet his special someone.
